You must be 18 years or older to have me be your therapist. 

You must be a resident of ND, MN, NC or MA due to my licenses. When we meet, you also must be in one of the above states physically to engage in our session.

You must have a way to see me virtually. Have a laptop, desktop, smart phone, or tablet? You are already set!

All sessions are private pay/cash pay. But don't worry, I can help you submit your superbill to insurance for possible reimbursement.  

I am not a crisis services. Although sometimes it can feel like we worked miracles, I am not available 24/7. If you feel you are at risk of hurting yourself, in a crisis, or need after hours support contact 911, call or text 211(ND) or 988, or go to your local crisis center.
